he next generation EOS C300 Mark III incorporates Canon’s newly developed 4K Super 35mm DGO sensor, with 4K 120P Slow motion, High Dynamic Range and Dual Pixel CMOS AF into the same body as the EOS C500 Mark II.

Impressive usability and imaging power combine in the EOS C300 Mark III camera, the customizable cinema camera that’s built for versatility and flexibility. The lightweight body comes equipped with Canon’s new Super 35mm Dual Gain Output. (DGO) sensor, capable of over 16 stops of dynamic range. The DIGIC DV 7 image processor expands functionality and flexibility by enabling features such as internal Cinema RAW Light recording, 4K 120p High Frame Rate recording and Dual Pixel CMOS Autofocus. The EOS C300 Mark III is the perfect expression of form and function, adaptable to virtually any production with its modular design. Three expansion units and user changeable lens mounts enable operators to build their ideal system for cinema or broadcasting.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​With the adoption of Cinema Raw Light1 and XF-AVC video recording formats in the Canon C300 Mark III, users have the freedom to choose the format most suited for their productions. Cinema Raw Light emphasises on the best possible image quality with manageable data rates, while XF-AVC (Intra Frame) is ideal for broadcast content and other quick turnaround projects which require faster workflows while maintaining high image quality. Both Cinema RAW Light and XF-AVC can be recorded to the onboard CFexpress Type B Cards.
